John Eddie Williams, Jr.

Managing partner and co-founder of Williams Kherkher Law Firm, John Eddie Williams, Jr., has represented thousands of working men and women for 25 years.

John Eddie graduated from Baylor University School of Law and then returned to Houston to work for a defense firm. Soon after, he opened his own firm and began working with clients who suffered all types of serious injuries -- including birth injuries.

Over the course of his career, John Eddie has worked on myriad dockets, including asbestos, welding fumes, plant explosions, fen-phen, and Vioxx. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal district courts in Texas, and holds memberships in the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.

Jim S. Hart

Jim Hart is in charge of the Labor and Employment docket for Williams Kherkher. In addition, Jim has represented families with birth injury cases as well.

Jim earned undergraduate and law degrees from Texas Tech University. He is also remembered for being the captain and quarterback of the Red Raiders football team in the early 1980s.

Jim is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern districts. Additionally, he holds memberships in the Texas State Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas Bar Association. Jim and his wife Susan have five daughters.
